NYT: New Brett Kavanaugh Accuser Claims ‘Friends Pushed His Penis Into The Hand Of A Female Student’

(Breitbart) – The New York Times claimed Saturday that a new accuser witnessed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh committing an act of sexual misconduct as a freshman at Yale University.

The Times‘ Robin Pogrebin & Kate Kelly report, in an article that appears in Sunday’s print edition:

We also uncovered a previously unreported story about Mr. Kavanaugh in his freshman year that echoes Ms. [Deborah] Ramirez’s allegation. A classmate, Max Stier, saw Mr. Kavanaugh with his pants down at a different drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student. Mr. Stier, who runs a nonprofit organization in Washington, notified senators and the F.B.I. about this account, but the F.B.I. did not investigate and Mr. Stier has declined to discuss it publicly. (We corroborated the story with two officials who have communicated with Mr. Stier.)

The Times‘ story, HuffPost reports, was marred somewhat by a tweet sent by the Times‘s Twitter account to promote the story that claimed: “Having a penis thrust in your face at a drunken dorm party may seem like harmless fun.”

The Times deleted the tweet and apologized.

During his Senate confirmation hearings last fall, Kavanaugh faced a sudden avalanche of accusations, many outlandish and none proven or provable, dating from his high school and college days.

Liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has praised her new colleague for hiring the first all-female staff of law clerks.

Update: President Donald Trump tweeted about the article Sunday morning:

Mollie Hemingway, a senior editor at The Federalist who has written her own book on the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings, tweeted Sunday that the Times reporters’ own book contradicts the claim in the article because the alleged victim does not recall the event.

Cruz: At the Next Democratic Debate, They’ll All Be Saying Impeach Kavanaugh

Sunday on ABC’s “This Weeks,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) addressed a New York Times report about Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s potential involvement in unwanted sexual contact.

Cruz said, “I read that New York Times article this morning. You know, I got to say they apparently spent ten months with undercover reporters trying to track down every person that went to school with Justice Kavanaugh 30 years ago. You know, it’s an amazing level of reporting trying to just really dig up any dirt they can on the guy. I think that follows up with the rather shameful circus we saw during the confirmation hearing where they took allegations, they sat on them, they didn’t make them public, they revealed them at the 11th hour. You know what, the Judiciary Committee did what we should have done. We held a hearing. We invited the principal witness to testify. We heard it. The American people heard it, and at the end of the day, the American people made a judgment the corroboration wasn’t there, and I think this article just shows the obsession with the far left with trying to smear Justice Kavanaugh by going 30 years back with anonymous sources. It really is another sign of nasty and divided.

He added, “At the end of the day it’s The New York Times just being bitter enders. I bet you the next Democratic debate. They’ll all be saying impeach Kavanaugh, impeach Trump. There’s nobody they don’t want to impeach, and at some point, they just have to let the anger go and recognize that the democratic process actually moves on and I think it’s time for them to do that.”
