(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – Patriots, be encouraged this Thanksgiving that those who are fighting for truth, justice, and the American way in the face of what appears to be the most egregious criminal corruption of our peaceful election system are not resting.
Americans woke up Thursday morning to the news that the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals had granted an emergency motion from attorney Lin Wood to seek a review of a lower court decision that had rejected his attempt to delay Georgia’s vote certification.
The Epoch Times notes that the court specified that the appeal would only proceed if Wood was able to address “certain jurisdictional issues.”
“Thanksgiving Eve News! 11th Circuit granted my Emergency Motion for Expedited Review of lawsuit challenging validity of GA election procedure,” Wood, an attorney working informally on behalf of the Trump campaign legal team, announced on Twitter.
“We The People delivered a historic landslide win for [President Donald Trump] in GA & nationally. We The People will not allow it be stolen.”

Wood was issued two questions from the court on the jurisdictional issues.
“Please address whether the district court’s November 20, 2020 order denying the ‘Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order’ is immediately appealable.”
“Please also address whether, and to what extent, any challenge to the denial of the requests for relief in the ‘Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order’ is now moot.”
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp certified the state’s election results on November 20th following audits and hand recounts, in which thousands of missing ballots were found.
At this point, Biden is still reported to have won the Peach State.
In a streaming web announcement, Kemp, a Republican, did not appear to decidedly endorse the results of the election.
He said only that the law required him to “formalize the certification, which paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount if they choose.”
In some of her most jaw-dropping statements yet, Sidney Powell, another attorney working in her own capacity on legal challenges to the outcome of the election, suggested in a Newsmax interview last weekend that Kemp had a financial interest in the controversial Dominion voting machines and software, which she has alleged in no uncertain terms was designed to rig the election.
The Epoch Times also notes that:
“Prior to the certification, Wood had filed a lawsuit (pdf) on Nov. 13 against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and other state officials. He argued that an agreement earlier in March between election officials and the state’s Democratic Party that changed the process of handling absentee ballots in Georgia is unconstitutional.”
