Corsi: Tea Party Demands Impeachment if Immigration Laws Are Not Enforced

May 25, 2014 9:52 am

(Dr. Jerome Corsi) – Here it comes all over again.

Believe it or not, the Obama administration plans to make a final push for amnesty under the guise of passing “comprehensive immigration reform.”

Let’s not be fooled by yet more lying Barack Obama rhetoric.

What this is all about for the Democrats is gaining votes by fueling Obama’s massive and growing federal social welfare system.

Unfortunately, Tea Party Loyalists and the U.S. Constitution are the big losers as the Democrats invite illegal immigrants to dilute the votes of U.S. citizens while demanding we pay the bill as taxpayers who still have jobs.

Look at the cold, hard statistics.

Democratic Party election strategists expect 75 percent of Hispanics to vote Democratic.

So, simple mathematics pushes political operatives like Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to open the borders as wide as possible in hopes amnesty will become a fait accompli and all immigrants, illegal as well as legal, will be given full voting rights in the United States.

The Democrats also know a tidal wave of Hispanic immigration will mean for the foreseeable future a boon to the type of government funded social welfare programs the Democrats love.

Count out the taxpayer money Barack Obama intends to redistribute to illegal immigrants allowed to flood the country once Congress has voted a truly open border with Mexico:

  • Free education in public schools in Spanish;
  • Abundant welfare payments including food stamps issued generously to all Hispanics regardless of immigration status;
  • DREAM act privileges for Hispanics to get special college admission tuition breaks;
  • Obamacare plus endless free medical care at Hospital emergency rooms.

The list goes on.

To push this agenda forward, Attorney General Eric Holder has followed President Obama’s instructions to stop deportations of illegal immigrants as part of a grander policy of refusing to enforce immigration laws altogether.

This selective enforcement of U.S. laws represents a dereliction of duty that Tea Party Loyalists believe should result in the impeachment of Barack Obama and Eric Holder.

Yet, Democratic Party immigration activists like Rep. Luis Gutierrez continue to flaunt the law openly, suggesting that until Congress passes sweeping amnesty legislation, “every institution in America” should find ways to ignore or work around federal immigration laws.

But it’s not just the Democrats.

Unfortunately, establishment Republicans in Congress have followed behind House Speaker John Boehner in his suggestion we need to pass some form of amnesty because, as Boehner claims, “We are a nation of immigrants and this issue has become a political football.”

Tea Party Loyalists openly accept legal immigration.

What Tea Party Loyalists want is border security first.

We were shocked earlier this month when Immigrations and Customs Enforcement released over 36,000 illegal immigrants from detention centers throughout the United States, even though these 36,000 aliens had been convicted in the U.S. of over 88,000 crimes, including murder, grand larceny, kidnapping, and sexual crimes including rape.

The House Judiciary Committee documented this month that criminal illegal aliens released by the Obama administration between 2009 and 2011 were subsequently charged with committing 19 murders after being released, 3 murders, and 142 sex crimes.

Even if Tea Party Loyalists manage to block amnesty legislation from passing Congress, we have to remain concerned President Obama will simply enact amnesty, as he has threatened to do, by a swipe of the pen signing executive orders.

Last week, Harry Reid threatened that if the House does not move forward on immigration reform by this summer, President Obama will have no alternative but to “act alone” to stop deportations.

That is more than a promise from the Democratic Party, it is an openly expressed threat that unless Congress gives President Obama the amnesty bill the Democratic Party wants, President Obama will ignore the Constitution once again by issuing as many orders as it takes to vitiate immigration laws duly passed by Congress and signed into law by previous presidents. has sent millions of Fax Blasts to Congress in the past months.

We need to do it again.

Please join me in sending to Congress a Fax Blast that says  “No to Amnesty!”

We have had enough of the lies Obama is willing to tell in his move to grab power and deny U.S. citizens our fundamental freedoms.

Tea Party Loyalists are the last line of resistance to “America’s Fraud President” who is attempting to deprive us of our Constitutional rights in his effort to debase America to a police-state maintaining order in a second-class nation.

Our voices must and will be heard.

We Will Not Sit Down!

We Will Not Shut Up!

We are putting out a call: Tea Party Loyalists are warning Americans to wake up to America’s fraudulent and imperial president.

Washington needs to know that Tea Party Loyalists intend to win at the ballot box in November 2014, and again in November 2016, defeating any and all incumbent members of Congress – Republicans and Democrats alike – who do not stand with us to defend our borders.

Tea Party Loyalists must let Congress know that we are serious and that we intend to push for impeachment if Barack Obama and Eric Holder continue flaunting the due enforcement of our immigration laws in their politically motivated push for amnesty.
