ALERT: Arizona Senate Issues Two New Subpoenas To Maricopa County And Dominion For Passwords, Routers And More

(TeaParty.org Exclusive) – While the recounts and ballot examinations in Maricopa County are all but finished there is still hardware, data, and information that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has yet to hand over.

This has prompted the Arizona State Senate to issue yet another legislative subpoena. The requested materials include routers, passwords, logs, keys and all other pertinent election records.

The forensic audit cannot be completed until the MCBOS makes the decision to comply with the state legislature and hand over the requested materials. The Board is scheduled to appear before the Arizona Senate on August 2, 2021 at which time they are expected to produce the requested materials and failure to do so could result in the Board being held in contempt.

It’s a wonder they haven’t been held in contempt yet. They have been purposefully subverting any and all legitimate audit efforts for months. It’s beyond obvious that they are attempting to hide the truth and when all of the fraud comes to light, the MCBOS should be held accountable for their role in covering for it all.

Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers tweeted:

“BREAKING: The Arizona Senate issues two more subpoenas today. One to the Maricopa Board of Supervisors and one to Dominion. I would not blow these off!”

According to documents, the county must produce all “reports, findings and other documents concerning any breach of the voter registration server, the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office systems, or any other aspect of the Maricopa County elections systems at any time within six months of the November 3, 2020 general election.”

As well as all ballot envelopes connected with the election that were received, or the digital images of them. “All user names, passwords, pins and/or security keys or tokens required to access” all ballot tabulation devices. This also includes “any materials that the County does not possess but which it has a right to access.”

Along with all of Maricopa County’s registered voter records including “any and all change histories.” All routers used in the 2020 election and all “splunk logs, network logs, net flows, or similar data related with systems associated in any way” with the 2020 election.

Dominion also received a subpoena for “all user names, passwords, pins and/or security keys or tokens required to access, or otherwise relating to, any and all ballot tabulation devices used” in the 2020 general election.

Though the Arizona Senate is trying their hardest to force the MCBOS to comply and be transparent, it doesn’t appear that they have any plans to. It won’t be surprising when neither the MCBOS nor Dominion produce the subpoenaed materials.

It’s time for the Senate to hold the county in contempt.
