Nancy, We should pursue every legal tactic to fix this country. I will be collecting names to file class action lawsuits against the Federal Government for violation of the Constitution. Well, let me finish what I've got to finish and you'll see this will be apart of our method of cleaning up politics. Dale

Dale, You are aware that their are senators and lawyers who are questioning his legal right to be president? Not that the president is the whole problem, there are too many just like him in WA, DC. Many of them now coming out of Washington State. He keeps appointing people who have screwed up this state - gives us great confidence. Nancy

Dale Keep feeding me the info and I'll pass it on. I have friends who have a large email base interested in this very thing. I've already passed it on to him. Nancy

Stephen, I appreciate the editing. I'm trying to keep my mind open (creative), but Gen. Patton says its better to violently execute a good plan, then waiting for a perfect plan. I will incorporate as much as I can, we can perfect it later. It just important to get it out there first, but I do try to for excellence as much as possible. I also like the Constitutional part as well. I'll chat with you tomorrow. Dale

Dale - I was just thinking about a party platform based on the Constitution. I think it would be good to look at the Constitution point by point and delineate what it means! Here's my musings from the last hour. Entirely incomplete and off the cuff, but maybe a starting point.
FREEDOM AS DEFINED BY THE CONSTITUTION:
The First Amendment gives us: 1. Freedom to practice any religion. 2. Freedom to say what you like, even if others are offended. 3. Freedom from being forced to practice another's religion 4. Freedom from government funding of religion 5. Freedom from government interference in public religious expression 6. Freedom to peacefully assemble in public places, whether religious or not 7. Freedom to peacefully protest in public places 8. Freedom to walk away, turn the channel, change the station or leave the public gathering if we are offended 9. Freedom for the People to choose to promote the free expression of religion so long as no state endorsement or establishment of a required belief is involved.
The First Amendment does not give us: 1. The right to never be offended 2. The right to keep others from publicly practicing their religion 3. The right to take your money to support others' religious practices (if they fund it, they'll control it!) 4. The right to prohibit any religious expression 5. The right to limit use of public areas for political expression, including television and radio airwaves
The Second Amendment gives us: 1. Freedom to buy, sell, trade and possess firearms, ammunition, knives and other weapons suitable for the military defense of a nation. Whether they are employed in that manner or not, we may bear them (read it!). 2. Freedom to carry arms in public places, in our homes, vehicles, businesses and in defense of our country 3. Freedom to protect our person, property, effects, friends and loved ones 4. Freedom to manufacture and produce arms without fear of prohibitive litigations 5. Freedom to ensure that a corrupt government does not have a monopoly on force with which it may intimidate its People into submission The Second Amendment does not give us: 1. Power to restrict models, quantities or styles of arms a person chooses to bear 2. Freedom to assault, intimidate, threaten or injure others at our leisure 3. Freedom to recklessly handle or misuse arms in a manner which would violate others' rights to life and health
The Third Amendment Etc..Etc., Etc... Semper Fi, Steve

To all, Even though I've lost my job about a month ago, my spirits remain high. While I hope I do not lose my house, I will be firing on every cylinder to seek employment and pursue something greater than my own needs. Many of you know I've been to Washington D.C. and protested, but our representative seem little concern about our dissatisfaction. Needless to say the current legislation is estimated to cost more than the $800billion. It is expected to be between $4 trillion and $7 trillion. What is of greater concern they are unaware of the impact of their policies. Sounds scary to me.
Well I have faith not in them, but us. Attached is the first page that will be on teaparty.org for 1776 Tea Party (Constitutional Tea Party), taken from the foundation of our Great Nation due to the Boston Tea Party. I wished I had more to time receive inputs, but I have a time table that has to be completed by Wednesday. However, Let me know if you can be counted on to aid in the development of this great project. There is still much more to be done than developing this site. We'll have to get local chapters developed, develop timeline of events and find partners in our endeavors. Let The Revolution Begin, Dale

John, I'm with you on your perspective. I'm more of a moderate, but believe that gov't must be accountable. How I'm constructing the site is to have a petition generated at every level (i.e. local, state, regional & national). This provides a means of confirming the strong sentiments against policies. I've recently lost my job, but am retired Naval Officer and can survive a little while without a job. I've have been voicing my opposition to policies, but this layoff open the window that removed obstacles (i.e. a job) to prevent me from fighting back.
I do need people of your talent that can help this site become more. However, Patton said, it is better to take a good plan and violently execute it than a perfect plan, because perfect plan are never executed. If you have a number I'll call and forward what I'm doing to have an second eye on this, but I have less than a week to get my design completed. So I have little time and money. I've put everything on the line to do this as well, but not really interested in fame or fortune. I just want to make our country great again and stop the hating that is generated by each party and ideological perspective. There is more in common than different. We need to see each other as brothers and sisters not enemies. I believe everyone should hug someone of different opinions and then you would at least beginning the journey that I have walked my whole life. The truth is usually somewhere between the two perspectives. I think that is what our founding father envisioned and we lost that somewhere along the way. Dale

John, I'm with you and I'm making the same drive to develop a truly representative form of gov't. You seem to have energy or motivation as I do. If you have some skills and would to have a more active role than I would like to know what extent you would be interested. Currently, we are developing a grass root operation with emphasis on adhering to the Constitution and streamlining Gov't. I'm not interested in focusing on the fringes of ideologies, but taking the best of each of the political parties to restore our great nation. Tell me more about yourself and where your from and please email me. Dale

Dale, Hello. I am writing to find out if you have any interest the sale of the > domain that you recently registered. I am looking for a domain to host a political activism site that would enable more people to get involved and perhaps start making the government accountable to the people again I thought that it couldn't hurt to ask. Matt, I'm looking for fellow patriots to pursue this effort. I will include my correspondence on our website. Needless to say your inquiry provided a revelation that people need to follow our history as a Party and know we are American Patriots. I've attached a letter in response from an email inquiry from a Marine. We can build a more perfect union together. Let me know what you would be interested in doing to restore our nation's great heritage. Dale

Dale, Thanks for the response -- sounds like a worthy project. That's why I was asking about the domain, I'd like to do something similar. Both parties have too many barnacles for my tastes these days. Keep me posted on what you are up to, perhaps I can contribute. Matt

Dale, I'm writing with regard to your registration of the domain name . It does not appear that the site is developed of being utilized for any purpose at this time. I'm curious as to your plans to develop the domain, or whether you would be willing to consider selling/transferring your registration. There are interested parties in the midwest who want to use the domain in relation to current events during the past week, if you know what I mean. You may contact me at this email or at xxxxxxxxxx. Thank you. Steve

Matt, I'm launching a new political party based on streamlining gov't and adherence to the constitution. The party is the 1776 Tea Party (similar to the Boston Tea Party, resulting in the constitution). My plans is to draw the line down the middle, so to speak and because I'm moderate. The Party will represent the best of any ideological perspective and leave the rest. We have more in common then differences and I'm tired of political parties representation of the fringes and not the majority. There are more of us than of them. I would like to know things that you would like to see in a Party that represents you. Dale

Dale, Hi Dale, my name is Matt Sherman and I found your name attached to the domain name. I am wondering if you have any plans for it? I have some ideas for a non-profit site and it would be a good name. Matt

To all, I'm not a conspiracy theorists, but if I do disappear then it is what's in this document. Please put up the ribbons and if I ever get something name after me, put an "S" in the left lanes. "S", stands for don't be Stupid move over and be Smart and finally have a servant heart (we are insignificant if we think were are great). I want to remind people, unless you are passing then more over. Dale

Clara, You are the first to receive this petition. I recommend everyone send to congressmen and then put ribbons throughout the country.
Phase One: Red - Remember Our Heroes Yellow - Support the Troops Purple - Divine Right

My Friends, I'm in Washington, DC right now defending the Constitution. Our oath as military Officers is to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies Foreign and Domestic. It is the same oath every elected Official take. It is funny how the Constitution says, we are suppose to have: Life, Liberty & Pursuit of Happiness. However, efforts to Ram rod another bill that without our input is Taxation without Representation. This the root cause of the Boston Tea Party and the American Revolution.
The efforts to Ram Rod this bill is called extortion, and stealing $700 Billion and the loss of $350 Billion without accountability is criminal. The criminally insane say trust us again. What they are doing is using your tax dollars is to buy constituents (voters ), isn't that a criminal offense, Blogo.
I talked to a few Senators who consider me a gnat. Well this gnat will cause them to reap a world wind. When you call or visit them, you are quickly forgotten, because it is not a recordable event. We have to give them a sign. The plan is to give them signs, the following is a list:
Phase 1: Place ribbons on every tree, antenna, clothing. The color red - for those who died, yellow - for those who serve, and purple - Our Divine Right through the Constitution. This will be a recordable event to let them know they work for us not us for them.
Phase 2: Take a day off from work, if they have not responded. This will echo a sound around the world.
Phase 3: Take a second day off from work, if continue to choose to ignore us.
Last: Take our money out of the banks. They will be cowering at our feet.
The secret of our success is multiplication. United We Stand, divided we Fall. Let's make America great together.
Dale
P.S. Call everyone and tell them to multiply themselves
